School Heads together with Master Teachers and ICT Coordinators attended the Division Webinar on Individual Performance and Commitment Review Form Data Collection System, a platform that will help them evaluate as well as guide teachers under their current working conditions. The webinar was organized by the School Governance and Operations Division led its chief, Dr. Cesar M. Mojica. It was emceed by Senior Education Program Specialist Janet G. Villaroya and had a successful turnout of over 200 attendees.
The attendees of the webinar were welcomed by Assistant School Division Superintendent Lerma L. Flandez. In her message, Dr. Flandez noted the importance of communication, respect, and unity among colleagues in order to achieve the school’s goals.
The IPCRF data collection process and its new platform were discussed as well as demonstrated by Administrative Officer Elizabeth Ocampo along with Division ICT Officer Julius Valeroso. This is followed by a Q&A session where Dr. Valeroso and Mrs. Ocampo answered various queries from attendees to ensure that they clearly understand the process as well as possess the technical skills required under the new system.
The webinar also served as a platform for school heads and ICT officers to receive access to computer applications necessary not only for IPCRF data collection but for other functions as well. The virtual seminar is the latest of SDO Bacoor City’s effort at the helm of Schools Division Superintendent Editha M. Attendido to ensure quality service and smooth working conditions amidst the limitations posed by the COVID-19 pandemic.
